  Dr Chan is the most caring , well informed, and understanding Dr very
  professional and on the ball. Her Receptionist Kitty ,is happy, on the ball with everything .and very helpful. Great service all the time .

  walked in Friday 30th June 4.30pm and spoke with the reception for 5 minutes only to be told we don't accept new patients, could've told me that before making me talk for 5 minutes so it's racial selective process to be able to get in so be ready

  Wow, just read some of these bad comments. Clearly take these 1 star comments with a grain of salt.
  
  I’ve seen Dr Chan as Teen growing up but have moved out of the area! Always been helpful, with all types of health problems and sent me referrals when needed. Wished there were more GPs in the city/inner west like her. Just glad my mum who lives in the area still has a great gp she can call on .

  Very rude and does not listen to patients when they request something. Hand writing is so poor that other specialist can't read referrals or scrips, she gets angry if you ask her to write it out again. Receptionisit is also very rude and unhelpful.

  I was a patient of Dr Chan's for over 25yrs - she diagnosed a condition, but, as the years went by, and the condition didn't respond as she expected, then I MUST'VE BEEN THE PROBLEM. Subsequently, I was treated as though I was dishonest, and not worthy of her expertise. I was even chastised, and given a political lesson of economics, for requesting a medical certificate for the chronic condition SHE diagnosed, but, now refused to believe was genuinel.
  
  She had a similar reaction toy mother's HRT not delivering what Dr Chan said it would - mum was the problem, not the Dr's perspective: after all, they're 'learned' people. We are just 'lay' people.
  She can be far too arrogant.
  And, Kitty, the receptionist, through the years, has convinced me she is racist towards people who are not Chinese.
